Finding the proper computer hardware for your small business can be challenging. That's why Dell, with the help of Meta, commissioned Playhybrid to develop an AR experience that would help users find the right Dell product in a fun and engaging way. Our creative concept utilizes the head movement feature in Spark, letting the user browse through a series of simple questions and see what products are best for them at the end. The effect uses both cameras seamlessly, Starting with the front-facing and ending with the back-facing camera. In addition, every Dell product was optimized and rendered using our unique Chewi technology, which produces photorealistic 3D assets that can be viewed in full on social media AR experiences.
Every Dell product is displayed with key features that align with the user's specific business context. Users can click through the Dell store and continue browsing or purchasing the recommended hardware. Social media AR is not just a good brand awareness element of a campaign; it can play a critical role in down-funnel conversions for forward-thinking brands such as Dell Technologies.
To complete the project, Playhybrid also produced an AR video ad that will be used to promote the AR effect on Meta platforms. These ads give the brand visibility and get targeted users to try the effect themselves.
