Autotrader wanted to find a fun and engaging way to help consumers figure out what car type was the right one for them. After creating over 200 social media AR experiences, our creative team has a pretty good understanding of what works and what doesn't on social media AR effects and the best ways to drive engagement towards reaching business goals.
The experience brings the user into the brand universe and relies on simple gestures to guide them through a brief questionnaire. At the end of the questionnaire, they find out what car type fits their lifestyle. They might be surprised by the results!
As much as we like crunching pixels and bringing photorealistic 3D content to AR, building these immersive and engaging front-facing effects really gets our creative juice running.
